New Crossfit trainee

I started doing Crossfit about 2 months ago, on and off.  I have to say that it has been a humbling experience for several reasons.  One, I have gotten out of shape and 2 because most of the exercises I have never done before or have not done since I went to basic training 18 years ago.
I own a company that sells and services exercise equipment and thought about putting together a Crossfit starter kit.  Please let me know your experiences and challenges with your fitness routines.
